I ordered a shirt in size Large but received an XXL. Mistakes happen, but the follow-up was incredibly frustrating. I exchanged over 17 emails just to get the correct size, and they kept insisting I pay $14.99 for shipping on an item I had already paid for. After a long back-and-forth, they finally agreed to cover shipping but then sent me a confirmation email still asking for the fee. I eventually gave up. This was one of the most difficult online shopping experiences I've had. I do not recommend this company unless you're okay with receiving the wrong item and paying extra to resolve their mistakes.
