Disappointed and Frustrated

I received my rings today, and the quality was far from what was advertised. The two rings didn’t match, were oddly shaped, and the box wouldn’t close after being opened. The entire product felt cheap and was completely different from the photos. Additionally, there was a hidden $39.99 subscription fee at checkout. If you overlook the tiny pre-checked box, you'll be charged automatically. This is misleading and made me question the company's practices. To their credit, they refunded the $39.99 immediately, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. I'm also expecting a full refund for the rings since I plan to return them; they’re unusable in their current condition. I hope the customer service will handle this properly. Overall, this experience has been a series of disappointments, and I won't order from this company again.
