It's easy to miss if you don't scroll all the way down, but who would think to do that? They present upsells before reaching the payment area, which you can choose to add, but the $40 monthly VIP subscription is hidden in a spot that's hard to notice, and they mark you as subscribed. This seems designed to trap you into a subscription you never agreed to, along with a 14-day trial that you are completely unaware of.

I'm also expecting a full refund for the rings since I plan to return them; they’re unusable in their current condition. I hope the customer service will handle this properly. Overall, this experience has been a series of disappointments, and I won't order from this company again.
I experienced what many of you have described! However, I caught the issue within three weeks of receiving the ring. It’s a beautiful piece to me, but I noticed charges I was unaware of (reading your comments prompted me to check my account). I contacted customer service, and the representative canceled the VIP membership, initially offering a $20 refund, but after discussing the situation further, they refunded the full $39.99. Now, I’m just waiting for the 3-10 days to see if it appears back on my card. The representative was pleasant, though!
I received my ring; it's okay, but they keep attempting to charge me repeatedly. My bank is now pursuing them for fraud. Update: As of today, they have addressed the issue and resolved it. I was informed that purchasing the item enrolls you in a club (read the purchase agreement carefully). I’m unsure if this includes future jewelry pieces. So far, I like my ring; it has a delicate band and a beautiful sparkle.
