I experienced what many of you have described! However, I caught the issue within three weeks of receiving the ring. It’s a beautiful piece to me, but I noticed charges I was unaware of (reading your comments prompted me to check my account). I contacted customer service, and the representative canceled the VIP membership, initially offering a $20 refund, but after discussing the situation further, they refunded the full $39.99. Now, I’m just waiting for the 3-10 days to see if it appears back on my card. The representative was pleasant, though!
