Degrading shopping experience

The shopping experience has deteriorated to the point where I will not return. Since the introduction of self-checkout machines, the process has become stressful and disrespectful, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. I refuse to engage with these machines; I prefer traditional payment methods but won't accept being treated like a fool for checking my own items. This shift feels greedy and ignorant. After shopping here for over a decade, I'm now looking for alternatives that prioritize human interaction.
