I had a profoundly disappointing experience at a local store recently. While shopping with my family, we attempted to purchase three bottles of mulled wine. Despite understanding the age verification policy and offering proof of my son's age, the manager refused to consider it, preventing us from making our purchase. This rigid enforcement showed a lack of common sense and ruined our experience. Until staff are trained to apply logic and judgment, I cannot recommend this store.
