As a regular shopper, I recently visited a new location and had an unpleasant experience at the checkout. I was told to move my trolley to the end of the till, which seemed ridiculous. I left feeling frustrated and will avoid this store in the future. I've spent a lot of money here over the years, and being told how to pack my bags was the last straw.
