Very Disappointing Customer Service ExperienceDear Aldi Customer Service,Today, I visited one of your stores with my family to do some shopping. When I arrived, I asked the security guard if they could help me get a trolley because I didn’t have a £1 coin. He told me to go to customer service after I started shopping and they would exchange a coin for me.However, when I went to customer service, they refused to help. Both the customer service staff and the security guard were rude and unhelpful. I became very upset and frustrated. Because of this, I left all of my shopping — food, drinks, and everything — inside the store and left without buying anything.This experience made me feel very angry and disappointed. I usually like shopping at Aldi, but today’s service was unacceptable.
