Aldi Camden is my local shop. I never had any problem before. I use to do my shopping partly in the local M&S and in Aldi. Two days ago, after I paid for all Aldi items, the new security person grabbed my M&S bag without warning me, looked inside, then dropped it on the floor. When I complained that he should have asked my permission, he laughed at me in a rude bullish way. Today I did part of my shopping in M&S, then I went to Aldi to finish the shopping. It took me about half an hour hour to put my shopping together. I left my trolley unattended for less than two minutes right before paying. When I came back I found my trolley emptied. Apparently the security asked a shop assistant to empty my trolley. Without my permission they removed all my Aldi shopping and went through my M&S shopping mixing it up in a bad way. When I complained and I asked to have my Aldi items back, the security, along with two shop assistants, surrounded me laughing at me in a bullish way. They refused to give me back my shopping. The security refused to identify himself, hiding his ID tag. They escorted a regular customer that was trying to pay out of the store, not allowing me to pay. I have been a regular customer of my local Aldi for years, and I never went through such a bad experience. I feel I have been bullied and harassed. I cannot understand why Aldi workers should send away regular paying customers just to satisfy their will to bully them. All I know about the bullies is that the security tag ends with 9560 7125 2043. He managed to hide the rest of his tag. The shop deputy manager, Amandeep, somehow excused himself at the end. I bet that is the best they can do after approaching their customers with such bad manners.
