Contacted Aldi whilst I was in France about being charged for six bottles of milk instead of bottled water, i explained I was travelling back to UK and they said send copy of product & barcode and receipt and they can refund me, so I did this and then they said take it back to the store as there was nothing they could do, I was then in UK so how can I go back, they will not reply to me now, surely they can issue a refund from anywhere, totally useless customer care, Lidl far better customer service.
