I went into store today at Church Crookham to buy an item but was not available in your store. I had just shopped at Home bargains next door. As I was exiting the shop a person (who was in middle of serving a customer) shouted out "I need to search your bag". It was quite abrupt and loud. I was embarrassed therefore refused and told them that I had bought items in shop next door. I continued to exit. 2 security persons approached me in the car park. I was humiliated both in store and outside. I showed the security person my receipts and items. I said that I was angry in the way I was dealt with in the shop. The security person though was pleasant. I just feel that till staff may need more training on the subject.
