However, the manufacturer's process has not been straightforward or accessible, with indications that they cannot assist due to not being located in the UK, raising concerns about how warranty issues are managed for products sold here. Basic warranty matters shouldn't require this much effort, especially for items clearly labeled with a 5-year warranty. The lack of clear accountability and the ongoing back-and-forth has turned what should be a simple consumer rights process into a much more stressful and time-consuming ordeal.
