I visited the store in Vire Normandy, as I had problems with charging my electric car. A wonderfully kind and patient manager, helped me in every way he could. His name is Paul Antoine. He deserves the highest accolade for customer service. He went out of his way to give me as much reassurance and support as he could. I rate this guy highly. Thank you Paul.
