I Purchased Aurabelle shoes online on 25 January 2026. After only two days of normal wear, the shoes became extremely uncomfortable due to the internal material and construction, to the point that I could not wear them for work.I contacted customer service within 30 days to request a refund, but this was refused because the shoes had been worn outside. I would not expect a new pair of shoes to become unwearable after such minimal use.I would still welcome a fair resolution
