If I could give this company negative 5 stars I would.terrible customer service. I placed an order with this company through EBay, when I asked if the item was in stock after I ordered it no response till the next day, and they where up set about me asking the question so I requested a cancelation. I then placed the same order with Amazon only to find it was the same company. there response was to cancel both orders. Avoid this company at all costs, they clearly don't have the stock when you place a order. they make out they have a large stock of musical spares and clearly they don't. I think they just work out of a shed. that's my opinion. If you like dealing with a company that are very abrupt rude and slow at Email reply's then they are ok I guess. but to Me Avoid them.
