Update: I contacted the support team, but there's no trace of my parcel in the tracking system. Their solution after 8 days is just to keep waiting. I'm unhappy. I placed a large order meant to be delivered last week within 24 hours. The delivery service claimed they attempted delivery on Saturday when I was home all day, yet didn’t leave a note. I requested delivery today and still haven't heard back. Please look into my parcel status. If it doesn't arrive within 24 hours and I don’t receive communication, I will dispute the transaction. My agreement for timely delivery is with you, not the shipping service, so it's your responsibility to ensure I get my products on time.
