The most frustrating experience I've encountered.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a frame, and it has not arrived at all. All I receive are excuses, with the company shifting blame to the shipping service. After waiting for 7 days, I still have no updates or assistance, despite having paid for shipping. It's been a nightmare dealing with a company that claims to operate online but clearly fails to deliver.

Avoid this company!!! Unreliable service.

This has been the most disappointing experience I've had with any company. I ordered a frame that never arrived. All I receive are excuses, with the company blaming the shipping service. After a week of waiting, there's been no information or help, despite my payment for shipping. It's a nightmare dealing with a company that professes to operate online but can't deliver.

Still waiting for my delivery after a week

Update: I contacted the support team, but there's no trace of my parcel in the tracking system. Their solution after 8 days is just to keep waiting. I'm unhappy. I placed a large order meant to be delivered last week within 24 hours. The delivery service claimed they attempted delivery on Saturday when I was home all day, yet didn’t leave a note. I requested delivery today and still haven't heard back. Please look into my parcel status. If it doesn't arrive within 24 hours and I don’t receive communication, I will dispute the transaction. My agreement for timely delivery is with you, not the shipping service, so it's your responsibility to ensure I get my products on time.

I may be spoiled by other services, but 4 days for delivery feels excessive. They don’t make this clear before ordering, and there’s no option to cancel or change your order online.

Fraudulent practices

They are scammers. They operate under a false UK address while working out of the Czech Republic. My glasses were poorly made. I was instructed to return them for a refund, but after 50 days, I’m still being told they are under inspection and no refund is forthcoming. They are under investigation for fraud, so I advise against using this company.
