The worst experience I've ever had buying something online! Avoid at all costs! I was repeatedly lied to about the status of my order, which was seriously delayed. Customer service was appalling - rude, inconsiderate and seemed to go out of his way to make things worse. I wasn't allowed to make changes to the order when I requested a small correction to my prescription just 9 hours after placing it - I was lied to and told it was being produced already. Then, almonst a month later, the order still hadn't been sent so I requested to cancel. I was told that wasn't possible, there had been delays with ordering the frame (even though I had been told it was already being produced the day after purchase!) and despite it being almost a month since I placed the order. I was given more nonsense lies. I told Alensa not to send it at that point and that I wanted a refund, but they sent it anyway, despite replying to those emails. When I sent it back in the end 1/3 of what I paid was deducted from my refund for the prescription, and I had to pay return postage, even though none of this was my fault.
Please save yourselves from this appalling and disgusting company, look elsewhere!!
