I purchased a pair of sunglasses from an online retailer on December 12th, and they arrived on December 30th. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the frame was bent, causing one lens to be misaligned, making them unwearable. I reached out to the customer support team with photos and requested a replacement. They apologized and provided a return label via email. When I inquired about a replacement, their response was that they would update me once the glasses were returned. The return process took an additional 16 days, after which I received a refund without any follow-up regarding a replacement. While I did get my money back and received responses, I would have appreciated clearer communication about the unavailability of a replacement and, ideally, receiving undamaged glasses initially. I've since ordered from a different seller.
