Sunglasses Order Experience

I purchased a pair of sunglasses from an online retailer on December 12th, and they arrived on December 30th. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the frame was bent, causing one lens to be misaligned, making them unwearable. I reached out to the customer support team with photos and requested a replacement. They apologized and provided a return label via email. When I inquired about a replacement, their response was that they would update me once the glasses were returned. The return process took an additional 16 days, after which I received a refund without any follow-up regarding a replacement. While I did get my money back and received responses, I would have appreciated clearer communication about the unavailability of a replacement and, ideally, receiving undamaged glasses initially. I've since ordered from a different seller.

Extremely disappointing service, still awaiting order

Extremely disappointing service; I placed my order on the 8th of December and received a dispatch notification on the 10th. There has been no progress or tracking updates since then. I've reached out several times and was advised to contact them after the 19th if I still hadn't received my package, which I haven't. I'm still waiting for a response despite expressing my concerns about the lack of tracking updates.

Order confusion and poor response

The initial delivery took 2.5 weeks! The replacement order arrived quickly after 8 days, but then the original package showed up a week later. When I inquired about what to do with the duplicate item, I was told to keep it and pay in full or go through the hassle of returning it. There was no effort to compensate for the inconvenience and service failure. A discount might have encouraged me to keep it. Very unimpressed.
