Technician Jerry visited my home to upgrade my alarm system to new 5G technology compatibility. He was thorough, polite, and professional. He respected my home, followed CDC guidelines for pandemic safety, and was very efficient. He used existing ports, cords, and wiring corridors to avoid drilling additional holes in my walls. Jerry was respectful to me as well. Since switching from ADT and Devron alarm services, I have not regretted choosing Alert 360.
