Beware. You are going to get nickle and dimed from this company. They bought out the other security company I started out with $49.99 a month. I don't need security monitoring and I don't use it, but I get charged for it anyways. The city where I live requires 24 hour fire alarms on businesses. I am getting overcharged and I don't have a choice. Which leads me to the second problem. About a year ago their system (they tell me it's mine) isn't working. Alert 360 "fixes it" and charges me over $300. But, they "kindly" charge me an extra $2.94 a month for a 2 year contract. I don't trust them. Just received a bill for an extra $357.00 and a $5.00 late fee! About 2 months ago, my system (THEIR SYSTEM!!) starts beeping crazy several times a day. They tell me it's going to cost over $300....!!!!I didn't have a choice but to let them fix THEIR SYSTEM and charge me for it!! I am stuck for another year.
