I honestly can’t recommend Alert Driving School enough. I’ve known Jay for a couple of years from looking after his twins, so when it came time for me to start driving lessons, choosing him was an easy decision, and I’m so glad I did. Jay is an amazing instructor. From day one he made me feel relaxed and confident, and we had plenty of laughs along the way. He explains everything clearly, and he made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.One thing I really appreciated was how flexible and accommodating he was with lessons. No matter how busy things got, he always managed to work around my schedule and make sure I was getting the time I needed behind the wheel.One of the best things about Jay is the way he explains things. He doesn’t just tell you what to do, he breaks it down in a way that actually makes sense, even when you feel like you’re overthinking everything. If I was struggling with something, he never rushed me or made me feel silly. He’d calmly go over it again, try a different way of explaining it, or show me a little trick to help it click. You can tell he genuinely cares about you understanding what you’re doing.Thanks to him, I went into my test today confident and prepared and as a result passed with 0 driving faults!!
