I had a poor experience with this company after purchasing a keytar. There were no usage instructions included, and the software that came with it failed to download. There was no information available about connecting the software to the keytar. The support team was unhelpful, repeating what I already knew before closing my ticket. I returned the keytar to the seller and received a refund.
