I hesitated to leave a review because I think the product is great overall, but I've encountered an issue. It has amazing features on certain presets, but I can't seem to program custom samples to replicate them. After numerous attempts to reach out to various companies, I contacted the support team. I encountered a third-party chatbot that asked for payment to access tech support. After navigating through their system, I found the actual bot but still couldn't find the information I needed. I received an email indicating my message was read, but no further response. If the multi-voice pad feature exists, it's hidden well, and if it doesn't, then it's a missed opportunity. I wanted to love this brand but their customer service is lacking, and the website needs improvement.
