On Christmas morning, I found myself dealing with a very upset 7-year-old! What’s not mentioned when buying the amplifier for the drum kit is that the necessary cables must be purchased separately! My child has a drum kit, an amplifier, and no way to connect them! Both devices have Bluetooth, but after researching for over an hour on Christmas morning, I discovered they don’t work together! You can only stream music from a smartphone through them! Honestly, I've never encountered anything like this! It would be great if the company included the cables in the package or made it possible for them to connect via Bluetooth. A complete set costing £700 for Christmas that can’t be used! To say I’m frustrated is an understatement, especially for my child on Christmas day! The website is also unhelpful; I can’t reach anyone or find an email for assistance.
