Been 15 days so far since i ordered the polly pocket necklace. No estimated date for shipping or delivery. No update to shipping other than label created. Contacted customer service about estimated day. Got an automated response that they'd reply in 2 days. They did, said they'd check with the shipping people and would get back to me. Next email i get is a survey about their customer service (not including all the ads they send). Nothing about my order. Will give it a bit more time but so far ick and debating about disputing the charge.
