I've ordered from this company before, but my latest experience has been the worst by far. I placed an order on November 3rd for seven pieces of jewelry. They claim to ship within three business days, yet I saw no movement while tracking my order. I had to sign up for a tracking service, and even then, there were no updates. They don't provide a customer service number, and the only way to get their attention seems to be by posting something negative on social media. I emailed their support team on December 10th and got a response the next day stating that one item was out of stock and had been canceled, while the rest were being prepared for shipping. On December 16th, I reached out again because my items still hadn't shipped, but received no reply. On December 20th, I finally got an email saying that my items had shipped, but only four of them were included. The item I really wanted was, once again, out of stock. This situation is incredibly frustrating since I placed my order over a month ago. How could this happen? Then, on the 22nd, I received another email stating that the four items were preparing to ship. I have no idea what's happening over there, but this service is unacceptable and feels deceptive. It's disheartening because I've enjoyed previous orders, but this has been far too much. As of December 23rd, exactly one month after my order, I still haven't received any of my items.
