I ordered some uniforms that I ultimately didn't need and wanted to return them according to the company's return policy. The shipping service used for the return was quite inadequate, requiring three attempts for pickup. After the items were finally returned, it took three months to receive a refund, which was only slightly more than half of what I originally paid. Their customer service hours are quite limited, leaving me with the option to call during my work hours, which is challenging since I work in healthcare, or to wait up to 10 days for an email reply. I'm writing this after just receiving my insufficient refund, and their customer service line is closed until next week. Overall, it's been a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
