Extremely disappointed with the return and refund process.

If it were possible, I would give them zero stars. The return and refund process is incredibly frustrating to navigate. Communication is nearly impossible since they rarely respond to emails. When you do manage to get in touch with someone, they are often unhelpful and rude.

Frustrating Return Experience

I ordered some uniforms that I ultimately didn't need and wanted to return them according to the company's return policy. The shipping service used for the return was quite inadequate, requiring three attempts for pickup. After the items were finally returned, it took three months to receive a refund, which was only slightly more than half of what I originally paid. Their customer service hours are quite limited, leaving me with the option to call during my work hours, which is challenging since I work in healthcare, or to wait up to 10 days for an email reply. I'm writing this after just receiving my insufficient refund, and their customer service line is closed until next week. Overall, it's been a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Returns process is frustrating.

Returning items has been incredibly frustrating. It's absurd how difficult it is to get an address for returns instead of dealing with a collection that never occurs. Communication through email and web chat has been useless!

The returns process is incredibly frustrating. Why can't I just receive an address to send my parcel back instead of waiting for a collection that never happens? It's absurd. Emails and web chat have been completely unhelpful!

Issues with my order.

I placed an order for personalised items with a promised discount. However, the calculations on their invoice didn't match up. After trying to cancel, I was told to wait for delivery and return for a refund, which took ages. The customer service is unresponsive, and I feel deceived by the whole experience. They seem to be ignoring customer concerns and sending generic replies. I wouldn't recommend them.

Disappointing experience with sizing.

I regularly order items, but this time the sizing was off. I contacted customer service, which took forever, and the return process was a hassle due to collection issues. My refund took too long, and I never received the credit note I requested. This has been a huge waste of time, and I will not be ordering again.

Very disappointing service.

Avoid this company.

This company deserves less than one star. I placed an order, received no confirmation, and the items took weeks to arrive. They were the wrong size, and the returns process was exasperating. After numerous attempts to follow up, I finally got my refund after a long wait. I strongly advise against ordering from them.

Regretful ordering experience.

I wish I had checked recent reviews before ordering. The items I received were the wrong length, and customer service was unresponsive to my return request. After returning the items, I’ve had to chase them for confirmation of receipt. It's been a frustrating ordeal.
