I used their VPS for 4 months, always paying on time. The day after my latest subscription payment, my account was suddenly blocked for a made-up reason, with no clear explanation provided. They kept the money for the paid month and completely cut off my access to the server.Support only gives template replies and refuses to help. It feels like customers are not valued here.
