AlexHost is hands down one of the most unprofessional and disgraceful hosting providers we've ever dealt with. They permanently terminated our server without any prior notice, all because of a fake, unverified spam complaint. No investigation, no communication, no chance to respond — just a sudden, inhumane shutdown.To make it worse, the IP wasn’t even listed on any public blacklist. Their excuse was laughable and their support was beyond pathetic — rude, cold, and completely unhelpful. It’s as if they’re doing us a favor by taking our money.We had planned to resell their servers to our own clients, but thank God this happened early. Their attitude is toxic, their support is inhumane, and their service is unreliable. If you value your business or your data, stay far away from AlexHost. They’ll pull the plug on you without warning and leave you in the dark.Absolutely disgusted by the way they handle customers.
