How can you claim there is no customer care available? It appears the representatives are poorly trained and ask odd questions. If the service is subpar, at least maintain proper behavior. I now believe the claims regarding delays and unexpected charges. It's unacceptable to burden customers for your errors. I'm writing this because I've encountered ongoing issues, and this was the final straw.
