Despite assurances that the issue was resolved, the same delay has occurred again this month. This reflects a serious lack of accountability and professionalism in managing something as crucial as salary payments. Customer support has been unhelpful and unable to provide clear answers or solutions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service for salary processing.
