How can you say there is no customer care available? It feels like the representatives are poorly trained and ask strange questions. If the service is lacking, at least provide decent behavior. I am now convinced of the claims regarding delays and unexpected charges. It's unacceptable to make customers pay for your mistakes. I'm sharing this because I've faced problems repeatedly, and this was the last straw.
