The coach was well-maintained, and the driver navigated some challenging weather conditions with care. The hotel was clean, warm, and beautifully decorated for the holiday season. The meals provided were hot, delicious, and offered a good variety. My only disappointment was with Santa’s gift—I received a packet of three plain biscuits, which felt a bit underwhelming. I would have preferred a message about luck instead. Unfortunately, our trip to the city didn’t feature a carol service at the cathedral this year.
