Agents were in the location expected. Within 5 minutes our driver was with us and we were on our way. Great vehicle, plenty of space for luggage and all of us. On return arrived promptly at our villa 3 minutes early at 6:30 am and we were at the airport from Lagos in 55 minutes. Greg service from our drivers Elvis and Louis.
Great service, I would highly recommend. We were met on time and received regular communication regarding our pick up. Our driver was very helpful and offered us extras such as water and Wi-Fi to make our journey more comfortable. Very prompt and professional service. I would definitely use Algarserra again.
I first use them back in 2018 and everything was so smooth so when it was time for my cruise to dock in Lisbon, I naturally went back to my files to look for who I used back in 2018 and wanted to use them again… So glad that I did! 1) they are so easy to communicate and work with that, You basically get a response back in minutes it seems like and very clear on the information. 2) on my pick up for my cruise ship. I made a mistake and had them show up an hour early and they were so gracious and worked with me on that and the driver stayed and everything just worked out so perfect, we weren’t going to the airport, but to our hotel as we were staying in Lisbon for a day 3) had arranged for them to take us to the airport from our hotel the next morning, but thanks to Iberia. We had changed our flight four times and it was so easy to still change the driver pick up time, their flexibility. Here is the reason why I will always use them in Lisbon as I changed my time with them four times and they were so happy to always accommodate and again responded within minutes on a new confirmation time
Superb from start to finish. They email and keep you informed every step of the way. Clear instructions where you will meet and greet in the airport. Then kind and courteous drivers helping with luggage and excellent clear language. Cars luxurious. Driver pointing out places of historical interest. Then after our holiday. Parked and waiting ready for us at the hotel. Perfect.
