On arrival everything was fine had paid extra for Mercedes vip van and it was lovely. However on the return journey they turned up with a pokey five seater van driver never new anything about the vip van. What is the point of paying for an extra service and then getting the basic service. No refund offered. Have since been contacted by Algarserra and have been offered a refund. Great response.
Coming from overseas to Algarve for first time, we required a reliable transport service and found it in Algarserra. Train arrived 15 minutes late, but driver waited and offered a pleasant greeting to us. Driver promptly delivered us to our final destination. Online booking form clear and easy to complete. I can easily recommend Algarserra for any transportation needs one may have.

They picked up that I had given the wrong arrival time for our flight and changed it after checking with me.We only waited a few minutes on our arrival for our car and they were on time for our return journey to the airport.Very courteous drivers and good vehicles.
