Found AlHadi travel via Google search and trustpilot reviews for my 2026 Ummrah trip. I messaged a few companies who all had reasonable prices but went for AlHadi travel due to the agent who filled me with confidence and listened to each request to create a perfect custom package for us. Kept in touch all the way through the process, answering any questions or concerns we had. Completed all Visas, transport and hotels bookings. Hotels were excellent especially the Swisshotel al Maqam in Makkah, although its part of clock tower, has its own entrance and therefore you dont have to wait for lifts ect making it very convenient. Rooms for both hotels we stayed at were great, breakfast was good, nice staff and location (both about 3 or 4 minutes from mosques).
I was very impressed with the transportation company also, who kept in touch before, during and after each trip.
The agent from Alhadi also messaged me throughout my trip making sure everything was OK and checking whether we needed anything.
Overall, an amazing experience which was enhanced due to the service recieved by Alhadi travel, Insha'Allah will use them again and would definitely recommend.
