Overall the service was good. There are room for improvements.
Pick-up from Jeddah airport was not smooth. Al Ebba hotel was on a hill so made it difficult to walk to the Kaba otherwise the hotel facilities and cleanliness were good.
The stay in Madinah was very pleasant and made the the whole journey go smoothly.
