This has been the worst travel agency experience ever. I paid for a visa, but the next day I was asked to pay £100 more. When I requested a refund, they claimed they would process it within 7 to 8 days, but it has been 12 days and I still haven't received it. They have ignored my calls and even blacklisted my number. When I finally got through, the representative was unprofessional and dismissive. I am extremely disappointed and will never use this agency again. Be cautious, as they are using delaying tactics regarding refunds.
