This is my second time with Alhaq Travel for travel Makkah to preform Umrah. Last time Ms Irum had organised all our travel plans and it was amazing and success. All arrangements were excellent and perfectly organized. She is really talented staff and too good on all sector like air ticket, hotel and transportation. overall she is extremely professional, supportive, and attentive to all our needs. Alhaq is lucky to have staff like her.

This has been the worst travel agency experience ever. I paid for a visa, but the next day I was asked to pay £100 more. When I requested a refund, they claimed they would process it within 7 to 8 days, but it has been 12 days and I still haven't received it. They have ignored my calls and even blacklisted my number. When I finally got through, the representative was unprofessional and dismissive. I am extremely disappointed and will never use this agency again. Be cautious, as they are using delaying tactics regarding refunds.
