I requested a change to our return date months in advance due to personal circumstances. They assured me it would be taken care of and even insisted it was urgent to book hotels based on the new dates, yet they never actually changed the return flight. Consequently, my family was left stranded for several days without a plan. Overall, they appeared lazy, unprofessional, and seemed more focused on extracting additional payments from us rather than offering a reliable service. Their pricing details were unclear, likely to obscure how much they were profiting from the booking. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different agency.
