They continuously provide false information and disappear after receiving payment. They fail to honor the promised accommodations and keep the entire amount. They confirm subpar hotels right before travel, despite my daily inquiries for confirmation post-payment. We booked a luxury hotel but were given a budget one, and after much debate, they provided a mid-range hotel. We secured this booking six months ago, giving them plenty of time to arrange the luxury stay. I won't change this rating until I receive the promised luxury hotel.
