They consistently provide false information and fail to respond after payment. They do not honor the promised accommodations and take the full payment. Despite daily inquiries post-payment for hotel confirmation, they only confirm subpar hotels right before travel. We reserved a five-star hotel but were given a three-star option, and after complaints, they finally offered a four-star hotel. We made this booking six months ago, giving them plenty of time to secure the five-star accommodation. I will keep this rating unless I receive the five-star hotel as promised.
