Very disappointing experience.
I contacted support about an issue preventing me from withdrawing my funds, but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received any response. Meanwhile, I have over $500 stuck on the platform.
The problem is related to the DAC7 form, which I can’t even open properly in the app (it just shows a black screen), and without it I can’t access my money.
Customer support being completely unresponsive in a situation like this is unacceptable. I expected much better.
