Hello, Alias management, please note this is a serious matter. I sell shoes through Alias while in Thailand, and you are not issuing tracking numbers, customer service is not replying to my emails, and contacting you is extremely difficult. I am very disappointed. As a result, I have sent numerous emails to you regarding orders 882094637, 518293653, and 345429208, but have received no response or resolution, causing these orders to expire. I have received fines and points deductions from Alias, which is very unfair. Order 373063255 was sold to Alias, but the money doesn't seem to have arrived in my bank account. Please check. My account number is: sean2rainie. I hope you can refund my points and not deduct the 10 $, as the problem is not that I refused to ship the goods. Thank you.

Frustrating experience with damaged item

I reported that it was a damaged box, but I don't know what actions were taken. I clearly indicated it was a damaged box, yet it seems the system was manipulated to reflect it as a good condition item. Then it was flagged for being damaged again, even though I had stated it was destroyed initially. This led to it being returned twice.

AVOID SELLING ON THIS PLATFORM.

I strongly advise against selling on this platform. I sent a brand new hoodie, never worn and still sealed in its original packaging. After several days of waiting for verification, I was informed that the item was deemed 'worn and used.' This claim is completely unreasonable, as a sealed item cannot be considered used. There was no clear explanation provided, no meaningful appeal process, and no accountability for the decision made. Once a decision is reached, sellers find themselves without recourse, even when it seems unjust. After this experience, I researched the platform and found numerous similar complaints from other sellers facing the same issue: new items being incorrectly classified as used. This appears to be a recurring problem. Selling on this platform feels like a gamble. You risk losing time, money, and inventory even when following all guidelines. The lack of transparency and consistency renders the platform unreliable and unfair to sellers. Based on my experience and the many similar reports, I strongly recommend that sellers steer clear of this platform.

My item was mislabeled by the reviewers…

My item was mislabeled by the reviewers as a used item. The tags were still attached and the item was tried on and immediately packaged after it did not fit the recipient. Alias immediately wrote off the item for being used without an explanation or discussion.

Too complicated

Very bad experience so far, I didn’t sold nothing, supports work like bots took weeks or months to answer my question about selling and listing items most of the time leaving you without an answer and ask you for patience. If you cut off washing label or have a missing shoe tree they will treat your item as not original and used. Asking for more photos when easy to recognize the item and take a lot of money from the sellers and buyers too. I prefer any other page to sale items rather than this.

SNEAKERS DELIVERED TO ALIAS & I HAVEN'T BEEN PAID AFTER 13 DAYS-GOAT/Alias closing down certain Over

I sold a pair of Jordan AJ1 'shadow' Unions on Alias on the 8th Oct 2025(I am a private seller, no bots etc & i have sold a total of 80+ quite rare pairs on both GOAT & Alias), they were deadstock straight from Nike (i won them on the SNKRS app)- i shipped them out on the same day & they were delivered on the 14th Oct 2025- There was a delay in receiving my payment, so i did some digging & my sneakers were initially listed as 'Lost in Transit (I subsequently found out via research online, that Alias have screwed many customers using this label). Lo and behold though, after i complained AND PROVIDED PROOF OF DELIVERY COMPLETE WITH SIGNATURE WHICH WAS ACTUALLY ON THE 14 TH OCT 2025- they then changed my sneakers status to delivered on the 15th Oct (this is still false). My sale is now under the heading of'Investigating Issue) and it has been 12 days since the sneakers were delivered.I have contacted them many times & they do the usual stonewalling, BS and reply with: "Thank you for your response. Sorry for the delayed response.Currently, the escalation is still open so I do not have information yet but do not worry, I am constantly pushing them and I will let you know whenever they respond to your case. If you have any further questions, please respond to this email thread directly. As you can imagine, creating a new ticket for the same issue may cause confusion and further delay a response. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Wish you all the best!"I ask. what damn investigation???HELL EVEN THE LOUVRE MUSEUM THIEVES HAVE BEEN CAUGHT IN LESS TIME!!2nd rate stonewalling is what they are resorting to...I have contacted my lawyer, (he's a friend ergo it wont cost me a cent)- i did so because around a year ago Alias tried to con me for their mistake & tried to fine me, so cue my Lawyer. The thing is, that this evening i decided to do some further searching online & i have discovered that Goat/Alias etc (they are under the same 'umbrella') are Shutting Down Several Overseas Facilities (i wont post any links here, just go do the research yourselves. So that would explain why they are screwing me (and i'm 100% many other sellers) & are attempting to steal my sneakers! They have been ignoring my constant e mails & communiques & it is clear that they will try their best to have zero accountability towards their customers & they will try to steal truckloads of inventory. Why? Simple, they are doing very bad business wise- the tariffs have hit them very hard & sales etc have dropped- so closing down various overseas outlets is because they cannot economically keep them open- and i'm almost 100% sure that they will try to steal stock that belongs to others in order to lessen their losses.I'm not a person who over reacts, BUT i would highly refrain & not do any business with GOAT/Alias- hell they didn't even have the decency to announce the closures of the overseas part & when asked by Complex to comment, they refused to get back to Complex! I now fully expect when this news gets out properly, that they will lie & bs to stonewall customers etc.SAVE YOUR PROPERTY, OVERSEAS SELLERS DO NOT SELL ON THOSE PLATFORMS UNTIL SOMETHING SOLID IS DONE.I will keep updating on my situation & im sure it will be all bad news initially until they are presented with legal papers by my lawyer.

Missing cash out

Usually in the past I was able to transfer and cash out items sold to a checking account now one of the only options for instant transfer is PayPal. Transferred the cash out on a Friday morning and still haven’t received funds.
