The tracking number is marked as expired in all global systems, yet the platform refuses to issue a refund and continues to reset the dispute timer to favor the seller. This is a clear violation of the agreement. I have requested necessary documentation, but neither the seller nor the platform can provide it, as the shipment appears to be nonexistent. I demand an immediate refund.
