I obtained many products that I benefited from in my work as a store owner. I would like to reduce the site's commission from 3% and cooperate in resolving problems between the supplier and the customer.
Very disappointing experience with Alibaba. Our interaction with Amit and Surbhi was extremely unprofessional. There was a lack of proper communication, delayed responses, and no clear support throughout the process. Instead of resolving issues, they kept giving unclear explanations and shifting responsibility.
As a business, we expect transparency, timely updates, and professional behavior — unfortunately, none of that was delivered. This experience has caused inconvenience and affected our work seriously.
I hope the company looks into this matter and improves its customer handling and accountability.
This was my first time purchasing through Alibaba and buying directly from China, so I was definitely nervous going into it. There are a lot of unknowns when you’re making a large purchase across borders.

I appreciated that there were clear dispute and resolution tools available if needed, and that the platform encourages everything to stay documented and transparent. In the end, things were resolved and the transaction was completed successfully.
If you’re a first-time buyer, I’d say Alibaba isn’t “hands-off” — you still need to communicate clearly and stay involved — but the platform does provide real safeguards that help reduce risk. I'll definitely use Alibaba again now that I understand the process.
This was my first experience and order through Alibaba and I doubt it in the first instance but then after a while thinking over it I decided to spend my money on it upon mutual trust. On the mutual trust, I did not give a second though and just made the payment and it was amazingly delivered to me and I am very excited and encouraging my other friends to order through Alibaba.

Worst Experience Ever – Alibaba Does NOT Protect Buyers
This is by far the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. Alibaba does not care about buyers at all. Think a thousand times before buying from this platform, and if you do, you must spell out every tiny detail — because Alibaba will never stand on your side. They are completely biased toward Chinese sellers and the discrimination against buyers is shocking.
I ordered a pergola with specific dimensions and a large sliding door, clearly agreed upon before payment. What I received was a complete disaster:
No numbering
No labeling
No instructions
No installation manual
The sliding door was missing entirely
Several parts were damaged
The shipment contained over 300 random pieces, thrown together with no guidance whatsoever. I paid $2,800, and when I asked the seller for installation instructions, he sent me a useless video that explains absolutely nothing. How am I supposed to assemble 300 unnumbered parts with no guide?
I did not use the shipment at all and requested a full refund. Instead of protecting me, Alibaba tried to insult me by offering $200 to give up my rights. $200 for a $2,800 scam.
The seller keeps delaying, lying, and pushing the blame onto me — and Alibaba fully supports him. This platform enables fraud and abandons buyers the moment something goes wrong.
For comparison, Amazon and eBay actually respect customers and protect their money.
Alibaba? Absolute garbage.
Do NOT buy from Alibaba. You will regret it.

I am writing to highlight a serious issue regarding my order. It has been 155 days since my purchase, and I still have not received my items. The Trade Assurance offered by the platform is not protecting buyers effectively. The representatives provide conflicting information: one claims the package arrived in Mexico, while another states that logistics have halted the shipment due to a dispute. The tracking number is marked as expired in all global systems, yet the platform refuses to issue a refund and continues to reset the dispute timer to favor the seller. This is a clear violation of the agreement. I have requested necessary documentation, but neither the seller nor the platform can provide it, as the shipment appears to be nonexistent. I demand an immediate refund.
This platform is trustworthy and efficient for locating suppliers and sourcing products. It's user-friendly, features solid communication tools, and enhances security with its buyer protection systems. All in all, it's a superb choice for global business.
