Their signup procedure is the most incredible display of incompetence imaginable. Their email verification did not work until I deleted site cookies. Nothing works. They demanded a second email verification. They demanded a Registrant profile for China, which I created. They demanded a Registrant profile for ICANN, which I created. Then they kept refusing me to check out because "You do not have a registrant profile". I created a third one. They were all listed as: "Registrant profiles" above the error message: "You do not have any Registrant profiles yet - please create one".Then a chat window popped up. "Questions? We are here to chat right now!".So I typed the problem, and everything I tried, into the chat window. The window said: "Sorry, get back to us in two days, it's weekend now!".The chat window had no close button. So the site was unusable at that point.I'm a web developer. I say with 100% certainty that their site is unusable. Nothing works and I doubt anyone can manage to register a domain with them, since they do not even have a menu item for that on their site (you must scroll down many pages and discover it in the small print, hidden in a body of text in the footer..)Oh and every time you do something on their site, a slider says: "We detected suspicious activity from your IP address, solve CAPTCHA to continue" and/or "We SMSed you a security code" etc. etc..
